Although the work I do is very rewarding my biggest achievement will always be my 3 amazing children!

Be patient, stay convicted on your ideas and be kind.
How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?
I love what I do! I find companies to work with that I truly believe in and have an absolute passion for their success. I am completely vested in the companies I work with and staying productive will mean success for the companies I get behind and myself.

It takes a village! Surround yourself with an amazing network and leverage off of others. Capital markets is a small wonderful community.

Best advice would be to invest in a great Bluetooth headset. I have completed many investor calls while walking the trails!

Pay off all your mortgage and or debt first. Invest in companies that have a solid management team and a successful track record. Do your homework, and get into the stories you love early and stay convicted! Shave off capital as the stock rises and keep your profit growing.

Having an outlet for yourself is incredibly important. I play hockey in the winter and golf in the summer!
Who are your female role models and why?
My grandmother who started life for all of us in Canada and was such an entrepreneur. My great aunt at 90 years old who still actively invests and knows all about every current issue. My aunt who started an extremely successful career as an investment advisor in her 40s with two young kids and last but not least my mom who stays very active and keeps her mind sharp with the stock market.
